Roles and Responsibilities :

Assist Managers in Sales Strategy Development :

Helping and Supporting SM in creating sales strategy development by sharing useful insights from the floor.

Keep Informed of New Products and Services

Should be proactive to understand the dynamic business requirements and help in implementation within the team.

Providing support in running multiple experiments in the process.

Train, and Coach the Sales Team

Coaching and Training new sales team members in training phase & initial 1-2 Weeks for better understanding & clarity of our product and process.

Assisting to Achieve Sales Targets and Motivate Sales Team

Coaching and guiding the team to ensure individual sales targets are getting achieved through regular feedback and motivation.

Prepare Sales Reports

Prepare important sales reports for better visibility with key focus on productivity, Inputs, Quality and Conversions.

Proactively understanding the need to ensure the team has enough leads in the system to process for the day and if required running multiple AD’s for better productivity and output.

Real Time Support

Providing real time floor support related to any on ground issues for running the daily operations smoothly.
