Job Description

  • Driving the digital transformation and managing end to end digital care product life cycle
  • Monitor missing functionalities and features which are available in non-digital world & converting them to digital channels
  • New Product Implementations & Product Life-cycle Management
  • New digital projects implementation and overseeing seamless, high-quality roll-outs on-time in production environment
  • Enhancing the UX / UI to boost the ability to find information quickly by customers
  • Shifting top complaints and inquiries coming from non-digital channels to be done via digital channels
  • Driving the app version releases on android & iOS as per digital transformation road-map to ensure that the customers are always empowered with self-care channels to manage their Jio account.
  • Driving comprehensive product testing in multiple environments
  • Evaluating and managing new digital projects till Launch
  • Leading new digital projects development and continuously improving of self-care product features and services. Implementing new technologies to help achieve digital growth strategy
