Position Title : Assistant Manager

Department : New Business - Medical Management Team

Qualification : Graduate / Post Graduate / Any related post graduate qualification in Insurance

Experience :

  • Life Insurance background and work Experience in the Insurance Industry
  • Managing TPA and medical profile
  • minimum 3-5 years of experience
  • Good Excel & PPT Knowledge
  • Able to manage support team
  • Supervises - Yes

    Stakeholders Internal : UW, New Business, Branches, Channels

    External : Vendors (TPAs )

    Key Result Areas

  • Should belong from Insurance domain knowledge specially Medical Management
  • Should have basic knowledge on Underwriting and New Business processes
  • Should have hands on experience in managing medical process i.e. Technical know-how, TPA co-ordination, medical field challenges daily to handle
  • To perform / manage different processes in medical management along with effective tracking and delivery
  • Raising and tracking process level issues observed during BAU and to make the processes more effective
  • Daily coordination with channel / support team and TPA on BAU
  • To have industry knowledge on medical handing processes
  • To explore new processes basis past experiences which will help to create robust process flows
  • Should be a Team player and should be able to work on different RCA, ability to manage MISs, Trends and presentations
