Position Business Analyst- Customer Success Roles & Responsibilities 1. Problem Solving & Analysis - Understand Business problems and focus.
Arrive at solutions through data and structured problem solving. Role will include ad-hoc analysis basis business priorities.
2. Own Business Intelligence - Go to person for Business Intelligence with deep understanding of Databases, Skilful Data extraction and Developing Business Metrics.
Build frameworks, dashboards, formulate processes for management and operational reporting. 3. Drive Projects with Customer Success Teams - Liaise with customer success teams to develop hypothesis to aid / improve Business Intelligence.
4. Data Modelling - Use Statistical methods and processes for data analysis and modelling.
