Lead a cross-functional team in creating and launching innovative web experiences for the Wallet across desktop, tablet and mobile based on mobile-first designs
Understand PayPal’s strategic and competitive position in the market to develop a global product strategy and roadmap
Identify, design, experiment and iterate on initiatives leveraging usability testing, data, and market research
Define and analyze key performance metrics to support and inform product decisions
Develop an engaging product that drives activation and adoption for new users and retention and engagement for existing users
Collaborate with global cross-functional team to develop, market, and launch product globally
Use A / B Testing, analytics, market research, usability studies, and competitive analysis to drive decision making
Required Skills :
5+ years of consumer web or mobile product management experience
Proven track record of delivering successful large-scale web products
Experience designing simple and intuitive web user interfaces
Strong sense for visual design and detail
History of leading and executing in fast-paced, high-growth, uncertain environments
Deep empathy and appreciation for user needs
Comfortable using data and analytics to inform product decisions
Ability to lead cross-functional groups and drive action
Desired Skills :
MBA degree or advanced technical degree is a plus
Experience managing mobile and web interfaces
