Candidates with knowledge of web design and development projects would be preferred.

Develop the pipeline of prospective clientele for new business Ensure that the team maintains the flow of regular activities on a day - to - day basis.
Arrange data from different sources for an effective cold calling process for the team. Support and monitor the team for closure of accounts.

Proven ability to map the market and deliver results. Ability to develop and lead a team of business development and marketing executives towards successful execution of business motives.
Total experience of 8 to 15 years, of which at least 3+ years of experience in sales of Web Design Development Services.
Aware of latest trends of Web Design Development industry, and latest tools and techniques for servicing the clients. Ability to interact with and be seen as a trusted advisor at senior management levels with clients.
Must have an excellent track record of client acquisition through lead generation. Should have a positive attitude; assertive with a strong conviction power.
A knack of convincing people through strong negotiation and problem solving abilities. Willing to travel in and around Delhi - NCR.
