We are currently seeking a highly motivated cloud software architect who combines solid technical credentials with a high degree of business acumen for the position of Architect within our Risk Technology team.
In this role, you will collaborate with technology peers and business partners to build and deploy the foundation for the next generation of modern cloud native software applications and services for Thomson Reuters.

As part of the Risk Tech organization, you will be part of a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, energetic, and high performing team at the heart of the Thomson Reuters transformation to developing cloud native applications and services.
This group is nimble and creative and will shape our technology roadmap. This role will be instrumental to enabling the current and future world of cloud computing in Risk Tech.
You will be challenged with identifying innovative ideas and proof of concepts to delivery against existing and future needs of our customers.

Responsibilities include :
Building cloud native applications and services utilizing ephemeral hardware running in public cloud such as AWS, or similar Able to work in a highly collaborative, dynamic agile team environment
Excellent communication skills, including effective presentation skills This role sits within our Financial & Risk ( F&R ) business.
On October 1, 2018, Thomson Reuters sold a 55% majority stake in F&R and entered into a strategic partnership with private equity funds managed by Blackstone, retaining a 45% interest in the business.
In India, the execution of this transaction has a delayed closing date as it is subject to a judicial process for closure and customary closing conditions.
