What we are looking for :

The role includes the following tasks : Identify suppliers as per strategic sourcing goals, and timely communication with upper management.

Creating and managing the organization's sourcing budget & expenses. Monitoring material readiness performance of both internal and external service suppliers.

Responsibilities and Duties :

  • Identification of Suppliers, manufacturers for the products in respective category
  • Procurement Management wrt to forecasted demand, supplier Onboarding, & guiding suppliers on quality parameters
  • New vendor development, new product development and launch
  • Agreement and rates finalization with suppliers, with all terms & conditions
  • Continuous process improvement in terms of procurement from cost & quality perspective
  • Inventory Management - Consignment and inventory reconciliation at supplier level Branding / Packing management for supplier's material
  • Periodic review set-up with respective suppliers / sellers on quality and timely delivery KPIs / KRAs - Identification of relevant suppliers in stipulated time - Cost of material sourced - Quality of material sourced - Inventory reconciliation against consignments
  • Qualifications : Education level -

    Education level -

    Graduate / MBA with Marketing / Business / Ecommerce

    Experience -

    5+ Years of experience in e-commerce sourcing and supplier management - Electronics / Fitness

    Specific skills -

    The candidate should be able to solve business problems and effective in making high judgement decisions at rapid pace amidst the frequent ambiguity that comes with charting a course of action in a fast pace environment

    Personal characteristics -

    The ideal candidate is a self-starter, problem-solver and successful in combining technology and data into best-in-class outcomes.

    Vendor Management Extensive experience in supplier / vendor management, agreement finalization and inventory management.

    Sourcing / Purchase experience in e-commerce domain.

    Technical Skills -

    Advance Excel and Google spreadsheets Customer Centric
