Asst Manager Campaign Mgmt.
1. Scope of the role
Responsible for execution, tracking and measurement for email / SMS / social media campaigns
Working closely with business, manage campaign deployment to meet campaign targets as well as ensuring adherence to centrally agreed norms.
Leverage IBM Watson marketing capabilities to drive campaign revenue, set up automated campaigns and drive personalisation.
Co-ordinate with stakeholders for scheduling, content and budgets to ensure smooth and timely execution of campaigns.
Drive Digital Transformation by implementing critical initiatives such as personalisation, recommendation systems and next best actions
Leverage IBM Watson marketing and related tool’s capabilities for delivering automated and personalized campaigns
Planning of weekly, monthly campaigns to ensure on-time deployment
Ensure campaign deployments are managed within centrally administered SOPs and rules to minimise consumer un-subscription
Ensure platform reputation is maintained once the email platform is set up & running
Ensure campaigns follow industry policies and best practices.
Deliver campaign reports to key stakeholders and share learnings for improving campaign revenue and lift
Seamless campaign management in order to achieve incremental revenue targets.
Manage client relationships with business stakeholders, required to run campaigns efficiently
Manage smooth planning, development and deployment of campaigns
Achieving operational campaign analytics metrics (incremental sale, lift, personalization, etc)
Drive continuous improvement by incorporating learning from ongoing campaigns - new developments, channels and new technologies.
Manage a team of internal resources & external resources to ensure all campaigns are deployed & delivered on time
Manage the IP & Domain reputation for Titan Campaign Services
Ensure all rules are followed by every team to ensure right campaigns are sent to the right customer
Monitor & change rules for campaign deployment as & when needed.
Ensure all vendor payments are delivered on time & manage vendor relationship
4. Right Person
Relevant work experience as either an email marketing specialist or digital marketing specialist (2-4 Years).
Must be capable of working independently, setting priorities and working under pressure
Ability to multi-task, planning several events simultaneously and adhering to tight time schedules is critical
Ability to work well with internal and external stakeholders and build smooth working relationships is essential
Excellent written communication, creative and copy writing skills is required
Strong project management skills and an ability to work under tight deadlines to deliver campaigns ( monitor weekend deployments )
HTML and content management experience, knowledge on UTM tracking module and familiarity with marketing automation tools are preferable.
