Job Requirements :
Possess 2-4 years extensive experience in Oracle Fusion HCM and Taleo
Hold an Oracle Taleo Recruiting Cloud Service - Implementation Specialist Certification
Willing to work on shift rotations Weekday and On-call Support during Weekend
Job Functions / Responsibilities :
To support and configure in Oracle Fusion modules in Global HR, Absence, Performance & Talent (P&T) Management.
To configure and implement HCM DataLoader, Security Administration and Business Intelligence (BI)
Implement upgrade and Support of Taleo Recruit, Onboarding and Social Sourcing.
Perform system maintenance activities but no limited to OLF, Workflow, Email templates, User Maintenance , Permissions, Career Portal Configuration.
Define and maintain tasks / processes in Onboarding.
Perform impact assessment, configuration, development of test cases and perform Technical Acceptance Testing (TAT) and UAT Support on Oracle releases, upgrades and enhancements.
Analyze and troubleshoot Reporting & Dashboards.
To configure, maintain and support the Taleo Connect Client (TCC) platform.
