Key Responsibilities

Your role includes some or all of the following key responsibilities. You should review these in conjunction with career level guidelines to gain a clear understanding of the expectations for your role.

Overall

  • Understand the business requirements in Recruitment and apply deep process expertise toward the development, maintenance and continuous improvement of process, technology, integration, training / job aids etc eg Campus, lateral Executive etc
  • Identify opportunities for process and tool enhancements. Coordinate with CIO APM teams for developing recommendations for prioritization and resolution of errors and other system investigations
  • Understand the policies governing multiple Recruitment Processes and aligning them to the current process
  • Provide day to day operational support and supervision of operations team members for data within HR systems and responsible for functional support, issue management, SIR investigations, managing creation, enhancement and change requests, security requests and system releases and associated testing
  • Collaborate with Data Architects, Legal, ER &Policies to develop and implement changes to core HR applications
  • Support implementation of changes to functionality, technology, interfaces, reports etc. for HR Data Model including impact analysis
  • Responsible for SAP HR security access approvals and participation in regular Security Audits Internal / External
  • Support the deployment of releases for HR including contributing toward proper content configuration and readiness, driving user acceptance test activities, and driving process enhancements and enablement activities to industrialize new functionality
  • Review and approve test scripts, scenarios and data for testing of fixes and enhancements. Develop UAT test scripts. Coordinate lifecycle (design, build, test, and run) to deploy complex custom data scripts
  • Support implementation of changes to functionality, technology, interfaces, reports etc for the reporting and analytics application
  • Lead business support for reporting, including gathering requirements, monitoring and assigning issue tickets, testing and act as escalation point as needed
  • Act as the HR reporting SME for data integration of key HR applications within the larger organization framework
  • Drive ongoing enablement activities to improve the use of available functionality
  • Maintain integrity of information maintained in the system, ensuring integrity through reporting
  • Provide governance over our Shared Service Teams (HRSS, CIO), with responsibility for ensuring adherence to our defined SLAs and operating budgets.
  • Provide input into enhancements to our SLAs to drive continuous improvement

  • Adapt existing methods and procedures, arranging information in new ways to create possible alternative solutions to problems
  • Assist in the resolution of complex issues gather information, perform investigation and assist in advising stakeholders proactively to ensure alignment and acceptance of solution
  • Recommend and implement process improvements related to the maintenance of our technology infrastructure
