2. Utilize internal database to identify potential candidates.
3. Post job on the portals to increase the pool of candidates.
4. Match the skill sets of the candidates to the job description provided by analyzing and screening their resumes.
5. Conduct skills testing and reference checks.
6. Involved in End to End recruitment process.
7. Scheduling candidates for Telephonic, F2F ,VC, Skype interviews.
8. Experience in handling walk-in drive / Weekend Event regularly.
9. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
10. Team player with an ability to grasp new things quickly.
11. Proficient in coordinating with the people.
12. Team-based management style and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
13. Experience in IT recruitment will be added advantage
