We are looking for a hands-on, execution-oriented Associate / Sr. Associate for our Brand Partnerships function at GiveIndia that enables retail consumer giving through various kinds of collaborations with brands.
The role will support and help scale the brand engagements of the team, especially for our key partners, and would also provide opportunities to grow as a KAM for a few of them.
Champion the cause of operational efficiency in the team - trackers, new processes, decks, reporting, etc
Take end to end responsibility of campaign management - setup, execution, fund management, and reporting.
Work with cross-functional teams - NGO, technology, finance, central - to ensure smooth execution of campaigns.
Ideate and co-create exclusive product offerings, event-calendars and campaigns with partners to drive key metrics
Mine NGO proposals to present relevant fundraising propositions to partners
Manage meaningful relationships with large corporates, consumer tech brands, influencers, restaurants, FMCG companies and other potential partners
2 years+ of work experience with competency in sales support operations and / or program management, with some exposure to business development
Experience in preparing trackers, presentations, reports, plans and other communications for diverse audiences
Prior experience in a similar role / industry will be an added advantage
Must be a team player and index high on speed
Possess good communication skills in English
Must have at least intermediate-level experience with Microsoft office applications
