Responsibilities :

  • Presence to engage and present strategy to clients at a senior level.
  • Active presence on social media, including personal blog, social networking and micro-blogging.
  • Work with team members and partners to plan and implement strategic social media programs for clients.
  • Manage 2-3 clients' projects or retainers at any time with a dedicated team of 2-3 Account Executives.
  • Manage client relationship, lead on planning and review meetings, and ensure that the team delivers as per client expectations.
  • Work with the development team to ensure social media tools (for ex. FB connect, Sharing buttons, analytics tool) are kept up to date.
  • Manage social media campaigns and day-to-day activities. Duties include online advocacy, community-outreach efforts, promotions, etc.
  • Manage presence in social networking sites including Face book, Twitter, and other similar community sites, posting on relevant blogs, and seeding content into social applications as needed.
  • Preparing weekly and monthly reports.
  • Requirements :

  • 2- 5 years of communications experience, including at least 1-2 years in the digital practice of ad agency or PR agency, or in a digital agency or social media agency.
  • Experience in creating and executing social media, community management, influencer relations, and integrated marketing programs for clients
