FIL is implementing a new Core Finance Platform CFP based upon Oracle Financials and Procurement Cloud ERP Fusion R13 replacing legacy JD Edwards general ledger and Oracle Web Centre based procurement systems Due to this large programme most Finance and Procurment processes and systems are under transformation The purpose of this role is to Build an understanding of the current Finance Processes and Existing Technology landscape Support the exisitng legacy processes and systems so that status quo is maintained Build an understanding of the CFP solution and associated systems in order to provide support and ongoing continuous improvement Perform administration of the Cadency Account Attestation system and support the implementation of its replacement ARCSSupport and administer the Small Scale Enhancement process Perform business analysis activities to define business requirements and facilitate high level estimation of costs Key Responsibilities Work as a change catalyst between Process owners and technology for transformations Manage prirotisation and budgeting of small scale enhancements Provide over all governance on the same working closely with technology which is responsible for all technical deliveries Support finance processes like MDM Reconcilliation Reporting Allocations and others around Period Close Business Analysis Requirements documentation Requirement Refinement and Possible Solutions for finance processes planned for transformation Skills Experience and Qualifications Required Finance background required recognised accounting qualification highly desirable Experience of working in any Oracle ERP preferably Finance module Oracle Cloud experience preferred but experience with Oracle eBusinessSuite eBS R12 acceptable knowledge of chart of accounts CoAs EPM systems and multi dimensional reporting Business Analysis and requirements writing for business process owner to be used by tech partners Familiar with financial accounting FA and management accounting MA Knowledge of finance business process implemented in new ERP Oracle Cloud Financials R13 Proven analytical skills demonstrating accuracy and attention to detail
