The Business Services team across locations provides processing and voice support and to enable a follow-the-sun delivery model for Wells Fargo that would help us service our customers faster.
Business Services teams perform bank operation processes across divisions of WF Home Lending, Wholesale Ops, Wealth & Investment Management (WIM), PVSI & Community banking.
About the Role
Insurance Audit team is responsible to ensure that commercial property insurance is monitored based on the coverages required as per the partnership agreement for CLI and loan agreement / guidelines for loans valued 5o million or above for CMBS, WFMC and Capital Finance.
Insurance Audit team is also responsible for sending out non-compliance letters to insurance agents and borrowers notifying the deficiencies in the certificate with respect to loan agreement.
Team Orders Flood Determination from Core Logic to determine if the property is in flood zone and covered adequately by flood insurance.
Contacting and answering calls from insurance agents and borrowers for certificates collection &
Ability to communicate with business partners if need arises. Ability to prioritize the responsibilities to effectively manage work allocation and calls, Working with teams and be an active participant
Understanding and meeting SLAs of the process
Good problem solving, probing and analytical skills.

High degree of flexibility
University degree in Business or related discipline.
Intermediate knowledge of MS-Office
Strong analytical skills.
Fluency in English language.
