You will lead and nurture a dynamic group of Business Development Representatives (BDRs) who are aspiring Account Executives.

They work closely with the Sales Development organisation to influence pipeline and revenue through customer and prospect analysis.

Responsibilities : Train & develop BDRs into sales-ready candidates for future and Account Executive positions. Cooperate with Recruitment, hiring Top Talent and participating in Recruitment Events Create metrics for monthly data objectives Motivate individuals and team to exceed on KPIs and targets through coaching, regular broadcast of results, and creative incentives Regularly report on Team / Individual Results Data Quantity, Quality, Revenue, Sales Pipeline Work closely with Sales Program Managers on defining Campaign follow-up and reporting Collaborate with Outbound Team to ensure Data Quality / Quantity and proper follow-up Engage with Operations to make recommendations on process improvements Identify and make recommendations for improvement in the areas of Process, Efficiency, Productivity Interact and Cooperate with Sales Teams to drive strategy Required Skills / Experience : You have successful proven experience managing people to achieve performance goals.

Experience managing graduates a plus. 8-12 years of experience in software sales, preferably in CRM or enterprise applications, in a large technology company, alternatively in a multiple solution selling environment Consistent record of over achievement (your track record of success) Outstanding communication, organisational and time management skills Salesforce, the Customer Success Platform and world's #1 CRM, empowers companies to connect with their customers in a whole new way.
