Customer Services ION IP Optical Networks 2000000ALG Requisition # Lead a team of Integration Engineers , Technical Project Managers and Customer Technical Support engineers in the IP and PaCo space.

Conducting regular meetings with the team to review project status and progress Leading team by example Liaise with the Customer Delivery team in term of resource allocation and projects related escalations Provide effort estimate during pre-sales stage Mentoring and coaching the engineers and ensure about their development progress Meet customers for discussion inherent to project escalation or technical support related issues Escalate issues to the higher level of management whenever opportune Engage BDM, PLM and customer in technical discussion Ascertain that every project is delivered maintaining a good technical quality Liaise with the Service BU ( Back End Team ) for additional resources during the roll out phase Liaise with outsourcing companies to onboard sub-contactors whenever necessary Participating in pre-sales to post-sales kick off handover meeting Work with MSM during the maintenance phase Degree in Telecommunication or IT Technically strong in IP / MPLS networks Knowledge of 4G Network and EPC is a plus 5 years into leading / management role 10 years covering several areas such as network deployments , solutioning and customer facing roles Able to present in front of a variegated type of audience Analytical with problem solving skills Fluent in communication Able to tackle ambiguous situations Be a team player Excellent coordination and planning skills An acknowledged industry certification is highly desirable but not mandatory Previous experience in Mobile operator or large ISPs is a must
