Work with BDE to develop the Sales Strategy to achieve monthly enrollment numbers in Retail & Distribution.

Lead on channel strategies for implementation and develop all promotional plans with sales teams

Take ownership for the development, execution and performance of all enrollment channels

Drive brand awareness and presence into the market with Retailers & channel partners; Excellent relationship building skills to work with partners, distributors

Work closely with Senior Management team to ensure the Marketing strategy is aligned with Sales Team activities via regular reviews

Build rapport with sales teams and customers to interface and drive through initiatives to deliver business objectives

Preparation and development of external sales presentations and material for effective deployment of initiatives

Review competitor trends and information, evaluate and feedback findings

Deliver creative solutions to grow MyTranz presence in the market and measuring ROI

Develop the companys payment services as a preferred way of making payments

On boarding of Merchants & Franchisees and ensure smooth ongoing relationship.

Analyzing the market on the bases of potentiality and coverage.

Fixing meetings & giving presentation to the clients

Handling the assigned territory and developing the distributors network.

Required experience :

Retail Sales / Payment Industry / Telecom / Insurance : 4 years

Interested into field sales

Candidates staying in Kerala preferred
