  • Understand learning requirements based on deep understanding of client / customer needs, job roles and trends of the industry.
  • Define curriculum and learning experience for the courses or products / solutions. Design and understand user journeys.
  • Maintaining a prioritized content roadmap with Industry and Partner Faculty buy-ins.
  • Analyze competition, participate in product trainings for sales and marketing as well as trainers.
  • Participate in client meetings to understand client needs as well as explain the value proposition of our products.
  • Research and evaluate content partnerships.
  • Create a measurement methodology to determine program effectiveness and to inform future investment areas.
  • Devise Product Development Roadmaps related to SRE and DevOps job roles : both long term and quarterly roadmap for the product
  • Define value propositions, competitive differentiators resulting into a profitable product portfolio.
  • Ensure Timely launch of programs which are based on market relevant or future focused skills.
  • Guide other SMEs and trainers and foster relationships for industry ready product development.
  • Demonstrated ability to turn customer needs and pain points into content, courseware, and curriculum.
  • Detail oriented and ability to have a holistic vision for the organisation.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage business relationships with learners & trainers, clients as needed.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and manage execution.
  • Strong analytical and problem- solving skills.
  • Anticipates customer needs and uses customer insights to drive and guide key differentiators and USPs.
  • Can build a scalable, lean, and repeatable product development process.

  • We are looking for people who have :

  • Preferred background in Engineering / STEM disciplines
  • 5 - 7 years of subject matter expertise and training / curriculum development in area
  • Effective problem Solving and cost-effective implementation of development process.
  • Ability to design, conduct and evaluate post learning outcomes using impactful evaluation methods.
  • Domain knowledge of SRE and DevOps Principles
  • Domain expertise in delivering training as per specific customer / learner needs.
  • Works with teams to ensure a smooth product project execution adhering to timelines and plans.
  • Responsive, proactive, and self- starter
  • Ensure the content developed is technically correct and error free.
  • Ensure we can build curriculum and courseware in tandem with the latest industry trends and have the first mover advantage.
  • Active support in training as well as ensuring a positive learner experience.
  • Ability to lead a team and collaboratively work with various functions.
  • Be the in-house subject matter expert in all areas of SRE and DevOps value chain, - the 7 key principles of SRE, deep understanding of the SRE job role, DevOps, automation and monitoring on cloud, DevOps principles, SQL, ITIL, Linux / Python, Jenkins, Maven, Docker, Kubernetes
  • Be able to work cohesively with the development teams to develop courses in the area, review courses developed.
  • Develop curriculum as per industry requirement.
  • Participate in hands on development of content (videos, assessments, case studies and lab exercise as needed)
  • Train the trainers as needed and evaluate their expertise, guide on newer topics.
  • Conduct webinars as and when needed.
  • Ability to constantly learn and upskill.
  • Fluent in English and Hindi
  • Self-disciplined and good management aptitude
