Excellent understanding of Investment Banking domain. Functional SME on the Application modules handled. Excellent knowledge on Instrument creation / Market data (Pricing) of all types of securities.

Analyze the price variation for all types of instruments in SG Application using market data providers. To get involved in stake holder management, co-ordination with team, participating in workshops, understanding requirements, ensure this is translated to developers, prepare detailed test plans, testing, coordinate with users for UAT etc.

Single Point of Contact for all application related deliverables. Responsible for Definition and Creation of application related procedures.

Carry out requirements gathering and Impact analysis and suggest the best solution designs to users and technical managers.

Perform status Reporting on deliverables of the team to higher management and all stake holders. Monitor and review of all application deliverables and propose Business cases for Innovation.

Provide functional support to application end users and production support teams. Support and answer all queries from trading desk / stake Holders.

To address all delivery related queries to team on time escalation to immediate manager or on-site counterparts. Ensure to maintain High Data Quality (Target for Zero Errors) on real time basis.

Ensure daily activities are completed and all deadlines are met. Develop, maintain and control processes, procedures, check-lists and checkpoints for the team.

To Identify / suggest / Implement all relevant Control Checks in the respective processes to mitigate the Risk element. Participate in Audits, Compliance and Risk sample checks.

Ensure team’s effective understanding of specific process and strict adherence to relevant procedures to deliver project.

Promote a positive attitude towards internal policies, procedures and controls. Providing updates to the team in daily / weekly Huddles.

Assist the Team amendment when requested. Work closely with Managers on various projects. Pro actively seek to Identify and improve current core procedures.

Deliver Training / coaching effectively & Creation of the NEW joiner Reference Guide, Training Plan, Training. Maintain proper audit trial and documentation to eliminate all risks (Financial, Operational and Legal).

Candidates must be able to demonstrate a history of consistent academic and extracurricular achievements. Strong communication and articulation skills.

Experience in people management. A detail-oriented, methodical approach, a creative and logical thought process, and high levels of commercial and financial awareness.

Act as an interface with other divisions of the bank, for example, liaising with traders and ensuring all issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.

recruit, train, and coach team members, organize team meetings, manage team members, and have responsibility for individual and team appraisals.

Ensure client protection rules are adhered to make sure that processes are constantly improving, and participate in step-change improvement projects.

Manage projects such as analyzing a system, identifying, and specifying developments and improvements, and coordinating the testing and implementation of new systems.
