Responsibilities

1. Production focus :

Quality

  • Ensure Zero Errors in the Process
  • To Identify / suggest / Implement all relevant Control Checks in the respective processes to mitigate the Risk element
  • Ownership

  • Adherence to the task planning and timelines
  • Understand, challenge, streamline / resolve the process intricacies to achieve optimal process efficiency
  • To act as computation lead for value chain Cost Recharges / NBI Retrocession
  • Execute transfer pricing computations based on the directions and guidelines issued by FCN / TAX Paris and Legal &
  • Compliance / Financial Information System

  • Maintain proper audit trial and documentation to eliminate all risks (Financial, Operational and Legal)
  • 2. Document / Knowledge Management

  • Ensure all SOP's by Value chain are created and updated periodically (at least semi-annually)
  • Ensure process cartography for all value chains is readily available and updated on as-and-when basis
  • One Team Sprit

  • Identify cross value chain back up resource (secondary) and complete cross training
  • Proximity to business

  • Periodic Inter loc Meeting with other Departments (MPC / FCN / P2P)
  • Clarify and respond to the queries of all financial controllers / CFOs

  • Organize and Participate on FPA Events
  • Arrange Team outings / events within TP team
  • Providing updates to the team in daily / weekly Huddles
  • Conduct monthly One-on-One's regularly
  • Morale

  • Nominating the Team members for trainings
  • Recognizing the team members in relevant Forums
  • Management - as role model

  • Demonstrate boundarylessness behavior and encourage team to do so
  • Inculcate an environment of ownership and accountability
  • Collaboration -Interaction challenges

  • Exchange of cross-functional knowledge within FPA group
  • 3. Transversal : Risk

    Risk

  • Ensure to notify the manager on all Operational issues to be updated in O Track tool
  • Ensure 100 % participation in BCP test to Comply with BCP Plan and share the test results with OSM team
  • Ensure all GPS / Morse controls are performed completely and declared timely
  • Service culture

  • Implementation of Small moves in the Process
  • Conduct irritant meetings at regular intervals and initiate necessary actions to close irritants before EOY
  • Innovation- Digital, Not only

  • Creation of the NEW joiner Reference Guide, Training Plan, Training Manuals / reference material
  • Marketing

  • Conduct TP Process training / Walk through at FSSG level
  • Profile Required

    1. Should have good hands-on experience on Hyperion, SQL query, and RStudio

    2. Data manipulation and handling using Data Science and Machine Learning techniques

    3. In-depth knowledge of SR 11-7 (US) and TRIM (Europe) guideline

    4. Whole-and-sole responsibility of Model ownership and review

    5. Able to communicate independently with stakeholders

    6. Able to articulate model documentation and results complaint with SR 11-7 and TRIM guidelines

    7. Experience in auto-generating codes and scripts to run models on regular interval

    8. He should be able to review the models

    9. Should have experience in models like arima, linier regression, machine learning

    10. Should have good mentoring skills.

    11. Hands on experience in back testing of models.
