This opening is for product quality engineer in the security group. Directory and Resource Administrator provides enterprise customers the ability to safely and securely delegate administrative privileges across their windows server, Active Directory and Exchange server environment.

Organizations have increasingly relied upon Active Directory for the central management of identities and for the authentication and authorization of those identities to the network and IT services.

However, assuring the security, availability and integrity of Active Directory requires more than just delegating permissions or changing group memberships.

IT Governance and auditors also require proof that policies and procedures are enforced, that changes are tracked, and that administrators are not able to manage beyond the scope of their responsibilities.

This opening allows an engineer to get to know internal working details of the product. Allows to get actively involved throughout SDLC of the product.

Allows to work on latest technology like cloud computing services.The candidate should be able to cross limits beyond testing and has ability to understand different technologies used in the product, understand need of customer to ensure effective testing.

  • Understanding requirements / specifications and designing acceptance test cases
  • Understanding the product design, apply testing techniques to design effective test cases
  • Identify test artifacts, estimate effort and plan test activities
  • Understand different test cycles defined in the test strategy / plan and execute test cases
  • Define and prepare appropriate test beds to test the product
  • Communicate test progress, test results and other relevant information to project stakeholders
  • Document, track and escalate issues as appropriate, using defect tracking toolsRequirements
  • 4+ yrs of experience in manual and automation testing
  • Good understanding on Microsoft Active directory and Exchange domain
  • Should have working experience on Window’s OS
  • Working exposure on automation
  • Excellent knowledge in testing skills (Design Test plan and test strategy, writing testing skills, executing test cases, opening defects and verifying defects )
  • Good problem solving skills
  • Great inter personal and communication skills Desirable Requirements
  • Working experience on performance testing
  • Exposure to agile development methodology like Scrum
