Job Description The key responsibilities of the role are Develop and manage a long term customer strategy and relationship with key accounts Define and lead the process of negotiating annual customer trade terms Lead and develop the Key Accounts Team Achieve all key sales measures and targets for national accounts (Revenue , Gross Margin, Trade Spends) Develop the customer promotion and product launch plans , ensuring excellent execution Assist and coach sales team to achieve their KPI's The Successful Applicant A successful candidate / applicant will have the following attributes 10-12 years of experience in the FMCG sector is a MUST MBA from a premier B- School Current / Previous as a National Key Account Manager is a MUST Additional experience in Trade Marketing or Regional Sales will be an advantage Highly analytical and numerate What's on Offer This is an excellent opportunity to lead a high performing team in a growing market for a well known FMCG brand.
