Responsibilities

The Role demands for a qualified professional who can provide guidance to direct reports typically comprising of first line managers and supervisors.

  • Lead complex analytics and consulting projects related to sales and marketing for a large US based medical devices client
  • Liaison with client and onshore team to understand complex business problem and define solution
  • Inspiring leader who can build PoVs, help structure POCs, is client front-ending, is a story-boarder, can respond to RFP / RFIs
  • Has conducted extensive assessments / blueprinting / due diligence for prioritization problem statements, planning offshore-ability, building solution architecture
  • Has a mix of modeling & programming experience & led analytics delivery for pharma majors
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce hierarchy, alignment and data
  • End user thinking while developing KPIs
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills and ability to express complex technical concepts effectively, both verbally and in writing.
  • Identify areas of innovation
  • Guide offshore developers and data architects in implementation of solutions
  • Work with data modelers and developers to identify data needs, sources, and structure to support client issues
  • Ensure consistency and adherence to standards of service
  • Qualifications

    Minimum qualifications

  • BE / B- Tech, BCA, MCA, BSc / MSc, MBA
  • Preferred qualifications

  • Personal drive and positive work ethic to deliver results within tight deadlines and in demanding situations
  • Flexibility to adapt to a variety of engagement types, working hours and work environments and locations
  • Superb communication and negotiation skills
