Key Responsibilities :

  • Call, Follow up and Convert new and existing inquiries by proactively calling and answering to patients
  • Counselling patients on services available and selling best suited products
  • Influencing consumer choice and preference of service by following a prepared script to give relevant speciality information
  • Documents transactions and submit reports on daily, weekly and monthly basis
  • Maintains database by entering, verifying, and backing up data
  • Maintains operations by following policies and procedures
  • Maintains quality service by following organization standards
  • Maintains technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and individual learning from DocsApp team
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Skills Needed :

  • 1-3 years of Telemarketing / Telesales experience of selling directly to consumers
  • Proficiency in MS Office And Google Suite and Tech / Internet Savvy
  • Experience in HealthCare domain will be preferred
  • Good Communication Skills and proficiency in English and Hindi
  • Good team and interpersonal skills
