and key responsibilities
We’re looking for Senior Manager / Associate Director with expertise in end-to-end Finance solution design with domain expertise in O2C processes , to join the global EY - Finance Consulting team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a leading global firm whilst being instrumental in the growth of a new service offering.
To cooperate with the account / pursuit team to fully analyse and understand the client "context & need" and originated opportunity "scope & goals" for O2C processes
Create Point of View for all O2C process and drive transformation
Create list of Best Practices, relevant controls and technology stack for O2C processes
Should have experience of doing large scale global O2C practice roll out for multiple countries
To secure the deliverability of the shaped solution, both in terms of adequacy of team, effort, time, etc as well as commitment from the involved delivery centres
To maximize the Winnability of the solution, fully relying on the best mix of sourcing and supplying units
To drive the O2C transformation projects and support Solution Architect in building a viable solution
Connect with pursuit leads in different regions and help them with their requirement in O2C Finance transformation
Provide innovative and customer focused RFP and RFI responses. Provide suitable customer focused solutions which will enable EY win deals
Practice development (support and participate in activities such as internal training & development, recruitment, etc.)
Help develop our O2C offerings and assets
Demonstrated ability to present ideas clearly and concisely; ability to prepare presentations for senior-level client stakeholders
Undertaking sales origination, including working with client teams to identify opportunities
Provide valuable views on various frameworks, methodologies and solutions specific to our offerings
Additional Requirements
Client facing experience in terms of negotiation and presentation skills
Experience of complex client requirements that you will be able to turn into comprehensible and simplified O2C solution
Experience in developing integrated services solutions, including automation and technology adoption
Demonstrated experience building client solutions that leverage supply options and reuse existing assets and capabilities including alliances.
Problem solving skill, costing, technology-based solution with deals and offerings
Know-how of the Business Transformation and Transition assignments and related activities
Participated in proposals for O2C solutions and RFP / RFI responses related to our O2C transformation offerings and take them successfully to clients
Understanding financial reports and statements
Knowledge of financial close activities of an organisation for month / Quarter / Annual close periods
Good Knowledge on ledger and sub-ledger systems; technical know-how of SAP ERP / HANA, Oracle GL (good to have)
Skills and attributes for success
Have been a GPO for O2C practice and Consulting experience (preferably with Big 4 consulting firm)
Good articulation skills are must
Creative solutioning writing skill for Client RFPs and RFIs
Confident & professional communication style
Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences
Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations
Able to work effectively at all levels in an organization
Capability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal
Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively environment
To qualify for the role, you must have
Accounting graduates or MBA (Finance)
Other professional degrees (like CPA, CFA, CMA) can be considered based on relevant working experience as required
18+ years of work experience in O2C Solutioning within GBS / SSC setup
Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills is a must
Exposure to O2C tools, ERPs, Visio, ARIS, etc.
