On behalf of Ciklum Digital , Ciklum is looking for an Expert JavaScript Developer to join the team on a full-time basis.
You will join a highly motivated team and will be working on a modern solution for our existing client. We are looking for technology expert who want to make an impact on new business by applying best practices and taking ownership.
Responsibilities
Delivery. Create and maintain state of the art web applications
Code Quality. Follow and improve code quality standards
Analyze and Estimate. Perform technical assessment of mockups / wireframes and architectural designs / specifications to ensure the possibility of their implementation within reasonable time
Software Design. Excellent knowledge of applying web delivery design principles for websites and web applications for a positive user experience
Demonstrating true software craftsmanship mindset
Contribute ideas through your knowledge of evolving front-end technologies
Use industry best practices of development processes & tools, adopt and improve them
Technical organization : interview, tech audit, pre-sale
Problem solving, Solution Presentation, Meeting and Visual Facilitation
Passionate about continuous improvement, collaboration and great teams
Compelling coaching and training skills for imparting professional software engineering skills
Requirements
You can name examples of use in different contexts. Are guided by best-practices and specifications of such skills :
Strong expertise in the JavaScript language (e.g. ES6 / 7 / 8 / next, Typescript) as well as its eco-system and tooling
Excellent proficiency in NodeJS, Go and their respective eco-systems
Deep expertise in cloud design, infrastructure as code, tools and services on AWS
Experience with at least two recent JavaScript frameworks
Experience with data persistence (SQL / noSQL)
Deep experience with implementing resource-oriented APIs (REST, GraphQL) on client and server side
Delivery flow : branching strategy, repo management, code style guides and enforcing, testing approaches, release plan
Good experience with CI / CD, preferably Gitlab CI
Deep knowledge of HTML5, CSS3 / SCSS, as well as general understanding of UI design
Package management, Module bundling
Deep understanding of front-end performance aspects, analysis and optimization
Design patterns, OOP, Development principles
Ability to design, build, test, and deploy applications
Customer centric, passionate about delivering great digital products and services
Understanding of Agile and Lean principles and ability to facilitate team-work according to chosen development methodology
Desirable
You should have an idea of the subject and its parts. Can explain. Has experience of use of such skills :
Typescript
Familiar with UX concepts such as Information Architecture;
Agile (principles, Kanban, Scrum), task tracking tool (JIRA), knowledge management (Confluence)
