JOB DESCRIPTION :
To direct and grow the brand within the market.
To maximize company revenue through effective marketing interventions.
To provide strategic input into overall company business development.
To co-operate & collaborate with California Burritos equity & partner companies (agencies, suppliers etc) to maximize and leverage the brand's presence.
To drive the ambition and culture of California burrito through its people in the market.
To drive both ATL and BTL as and when required to.
Hands on experience in handling online platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Google, SEO, Zomato.
Skilled in handling photoshoot and artwork creations for campaigns.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS :
Planning & Rollout : The Marketing Manager will be required to develop regional & local marketing plans which would then be undertaken in conjunction with the Operations team.
Ongoing management and monitoring of marketing activities including :
Development of briefs.
Approval of marketing material.
Monitoring of budgets.
Signing off of costs.
Implementation of media schedules post approval.
Driving the execution of campaigns / projects.
Supervision of subordinates in the rollout process.
Post-campaign reports and data analysis.
Monthly project reviews and so on.
Assisting with Major, Strategic Events.
Plan & Execute the roll out of local restaurant marketing plans.
Statistical tracking :
The monitoring and evaluation of marketing statistics (customer count, ticket average and turnover) for the group.
Monitoring of competitive activity on a national basis.
Adjustment of the calendar based on insights.
Strategic input into the Leadership team for National business strategy :
Development of status reports.
Collection and collation of status data and presentation of this to the Leadership team.
Management of national marketing budget and inventory.
Supplier Management :
Development & management of agency relationships.
Engendering a positive, efficient and co-operative working relationship with suppliers.
Alignment and induction of partners.
Marketing Leadership :
Being a key brand ambassador of the marketing function within the regions.
Provide marketing leadership to management and be the main point of contact.
Share best practice.
Ensure the development of suitable marketing training material and implementation for Operations.
Inspiring and managing restaurant managers to believe in Marketing and assist in executing projects as requested.
Ongoing support and assistance to the management team.
Assist with company expansion and site selection.
