CONTEXT OF THE SERVICE / PROJECT :
In the OBS group, Engineering provides expertise and support for the hosting platforms to external & internal business customers.
OBJECT OF THE SERVICE :
The mission’s object consists in having the whole Database System (NoSQL / Oracle) architecture defined with all other constraints and to define High Availability and Disaster Recovery plans.
It requires communication with all streams.
SERVICE DESCRIPTION :
1. L3 support : level 3 (incident & problem management) support on critical database platforms to Level-2 teams and Orange External / Internal customers
2. PreSales support : provide support to the Pre-Sales teams for validating the build process
3. release management
4. Proof Of Concept : validate new Products and Major Releases related to database technologies with subsequent documentations
5. Implementation : perform initial Deployment and Validation of databases
6. Catalog owner : development and maintenance of Service and Product catalog
