We are currently seeking a Transactional Manager to join our team in Gurgaon, Haryāna (IN-HR), India (IN).
Queue Management : Monitoring the tickets / requests queues (for Service Provider assigned work) and ensuring acknowledgement SLA are met.
Ensuring correct assignment or undertaking re-assignment in case incorrectly assigned by Client Service Desk. Coordinating and logging tickets / requests with Service Provider Approved partners for on-call dispatch / remote locations.
Support onsite Service Provider field support team for any Vendor / third party coordination and other activities like follow-ups etc.
Software Maintenance : Coordination for VTM, patch, virus control roll outs for testing. VTM / Security / Mandatory packages testing in Client provided UAT machines environment.
On Site support team will be required to handle exception cases (all logged in the incident management or Request management tool)
Asset Management : Coordination for missing asset reconciliation and in-stock percentage based on target. Machines which are not connected to the network for the last 30 days will be considered as missing.
6+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
