Senior Associate - Order Management

The resource would be part of the order management team and would be independently handling all Order processing requirements, Key Responsibilities includes :

  • This role requires frequent interaction with client through telephonic and email communication
  • Sound knowledge of Manufacturing Processes (Procurement, Logistics, SCM etc.)
  • Comply with and maintain knowledge of applicable rules, legislation, regulations, standards and best practices
  • Support the Project coordinator for operational excellence and exceeding KPI targets
  • Responsible for developing Process Flow, SOPs and documentation
  • Sales Order, Purchase Order creation in SAP
  • Follow up with Vendors for timely delivery of material
  • Close co-ordination with logistics / cross functional teams to resolve any issues
  • Correcting any errors which are received due to incorrect entry of orders by Supplier / Customer and ensuring they are in system for further processing
  • Email Management
  • Analytical and Problem solving skills
  • Mandatory Requirements

  • SAP Functional Knowledge
  • MS - Office (Excel, Word)
  • Flexibility to any shift
  • Strong E-mail and Customer call handling etiquettes
  • Strong Oral and written Communication skills
  • Preferred Sills

  • SAP Hands on Experience
  • E-mail / Workflow handling tool exposure
  • Manufacturing Industry Experience / Exposure
