The Content Marketing Specialist for EMPTRUST will create B2B content for brand awareness, lead generation and lead nurturing for our worldwide audiences.
Most importantly, you’re a strong writer who is especially good at turning technical information into reader-friendly stories with personality.

Primary / Essential Duties and Key Responsibilities :
Develop short and long-form content for generating leads and awareness, including (but not limited to) blog posts, infographics, social posts, webinars, slideshares, videos, interactive content, and more.
Assist with managing the company blog, including writing posts, curating posts from internal and external authors, updating the editorial calendar, formatting and publishing posts, and monitoring metrics.
Maintain our global social presence across LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram and Facebook, optimizing for growth and engagement
Write, edit and proof other content as needed to ensure consistency in quality, style, and brand voice across the business.
Work closely with digital marketing and graphic design to produce assets that are SEO-friendly, visually appealing, and on-brand.
Collaborate with other content teams, including international teams, to see where we can share and translate content.

Required Qualifications :
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Excellent writing and editing skills, including the ability to adhere to style and brand voice guidelines
Ability to absorb complex technology and business topics and communicate them in a simple and approachable way
A creative mindset and journalistic eye to evaluate what makes a good story
Knowledge of digital marketing, including SEO
Understanding of basic graphic design principles
A continuous learner mindset
Willingness to collaborate and communicate across multiple teams (we’re a multi-faceted, growing company!)
Experience, Education, Certification, License and Training
1-3 years of experience developing content for multiple formats
Proficiency with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube)
Preferred Qualifications :
B.A. in journalism, communication, or marketing
Experience with marketing automation and email software, Hubspot preferred
Experience working for a B2B company, technology industry preferred
Travel Requirements :
Less than 10%; occasional need to travel for conferences or internal meetings
