The role of a Client Services Representative (CSR) is crucial in ensuring the efficient operation of our service. You will be based within the office of one of market leading clients, working as an integrated member of their team whilst representing PRO at all times.
You will provide support to the rest of the on-site PRO team, ensuring the prompt and accurate onboarding of your client’s contingent workforce, utilizing our award winning, market leading software WAND’.
A typical day may involve producing data and compliance reports, updating WAND, attending briefings on new roles with clients and monitoring response rates from suppliers, as well as troubleshooting and helping out the rest of the team when and how required -
always whilst ensuring the client receives outstanding service! This position benefits from the support of an experienced team headed up by a Program Manager, who will work closely with you in providing guidance and feedback as you develop your role and progress your career.
You will have great attention to detail and strong data accuracy and be able to handle a high volume of transactions on a regular basis whilst meeting deliverables and maintaining client relationships.
