Responsibilities and Duties

  • To call every prospective customer and understand his requirement for all the leads assigned
  • Completely understand and use 100% tech - LMS and EMS Systems
  • To pitch Glovve, do data validation, negotiation to convert the lead into sale.
  • Contact Clients to review details, including valuation options, special service requirements, time required for the move and scheduling moving dates.
  • Building and managing strong relationships with elite / high worth exclusive customers.
  • Collecting regular feedback from clients and sharing the insights for product development and regular up gradation of offered services.
  • Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

  • Applicant must enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and be able to thrive under pressure.
  • Should possess sound knowledge about the local market and local language.
  • Possess strong convincing skills.
  • Have high closure orientation.
