Our team in Mumbai currently has an opening for a Sales Support Executive
YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Shipment allocation and provide product pricing to CS for order conversion. (Sales : 25 Mn EUR GP : 4.6 Mn EUR,Volume : 7500 MT)
2. Prices update due to different buying terms from Suppliers / Vendors ( 170 nos)
3. Sales Tracking and Monitoring (90 Nos Ship to locations)
4. Sales support including liaise customers (e.g. chasing payment and signed documents) ( No of Invoices : 2400 Nos +)
5. Checking the Freight rate for thee costing for commercial team to quote to end customer. (Almost Every Invoice)
6 . Seeking approval from commercial team for orders and provide CS with information (pricing, order qty, shipment dates).
Sending out OA& PI to customer. ( Will be the custodian of Price list and contract)
7. Stock Allocation for Local Customer
8. Assisting the commercial team with stock planning for Blanket PO Orders for some key customer to base on their required shipment and monitoring of stock to ensure stock turnover. (350 SKUs)
9. Working with commercial team to plan for stock purchase base on forecast to prevent high / low inventory level in the warehouse at any point of time.
Need to Maintain Inv Turns of 4.5 & above)
10. Checking and consolidation on prices and dissemination of information
11. Working with Commercial Team to do Inventory Planning base on Forecast and allocated Orders.
12. Tracking of Samples (From suppliers , to WH and then customers)
13. To monitor and liason on the cargo readiness with supplier to arrange for shipment (Every Invoices)
14. Inward of materials (Follow up with Inward & Import for completing task) (Almost every invoice)
15. Follow up for RM for Blending ( Customer related blending ops) (New Projects)
16. Stock (not related to any customer's PO) requisition follow up with Planning / Purchasing
17. Receive and respond to enquiries for New customers
18. Provide document (DN, COA) if request is from New Customers
