  • ResponsibilitiesAs service delivery manager of the GISOCC IS Infrastructure team, you will be responsible to :

  • Ensure delivery of the services delivered by the team
  • Put in place the proper KPIs to track the activities
  • Monitor the KPIs and make sure action plans are put in place and followed to improve
  • Track the knowledge level of each team member, ensure redundancy
  • Business continuity plan : Ensure critical services will be executed within SLA in case of any disaster
  • Manage 24x7 team and delivery
  • Improve the efficiency of the team
  • Put in place, maintain and improve the activity and team organization
  • Ensure each team member is loaded at the right level
  • Lead the service request automation project
  • Identify most time consuming recurrent activities
  • Put in place an action plan to reduce the load generated by those activities
  • Follow up, and be accountable for the results to the management
  • Ensure team growth
  • Handle recruitment of the right people with the right skill level
  • Ensure internal promotion of team member
  • Improve team cohesion and internal communication
  • Handle conflicts
  • Ensure team is following proper training to gain the necessary knowledge to execute more support & project activities
  • Follow-up on the stages of the Projects in ISPM as per Prince2 standards and conduct audits periodically
  • Challenge Group team towards Activity insourcing & ensure transition from outside vendors
  • Apply, (communicate and ensure if manager) the compliance with the procedures and Environmental, Safety and Security good practices, to know, for their activities and the activities of subcontractors, the potential risks and their consequences, be attentive and be reagent and know the associated action plans.

  • Professional Experience

  • 10+ years of Experience with 3-5 years of Project Management / Team Management Experience
  • Project management or Project Expeditor or Project coordinator
  • Should have experience managing project teams spread across geographical locations
  • Prince 2 Practitioner, ITIL
  • Experience in Agile teams, Scrum Master, Devops
  • Exposure to CMMI
  • Proven leadership skills
  • Analytical and strong organizational skills, with excellent verbal and written ability
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting customer expectations
  • Good Negotiation Skills
  • Customer and Service Oriented Mindset
  • Certifications; (Appreciated)
  • Prince 2,
  • Agile / Scrum - Devops,
  • ITIL
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) from PMI,
  • Note : Specific experience on the above domain(s) is not required for this position. If we get one, meeting points 1 to 6 and with domain experience, we will be lucky and its a bonus for us.
