  • Experience in administrating Skype for business
  • Strong and effective Verbal / Written communication and listening skills for collaboration and working with customers.
  • Experience resource passion for customer service who can help customer to solve technical issues related to on-prem Skype for business 2015
  • Provide advance technical support to the customers experiencing issues related Skype for business servers
  • Experience in Skype for business, Lync, Windows Server, Active directory permissions, Group policy object creation
  • Experience in migrating Lync 2013 to Skype for business
  • Knowledge and understanding UC concepts and roles
  • Experience in working on tools OCS Loggers, CLS, Snooper, netmon / wireshark, Fiddler etc.
  • Understanding CMS Architecture, replication process, Topology Builder, creating topology etc.
  • Knowledge on monitoring and archiving concepts and the difference between Lync 2010 and Lync 2013
