Responsibilities and Duties
Work closely with various teams , SMEs , in Cloud and gain understanding of different functions and their documentation requirements
Work with the cloud teams in documenting
Standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Aid in preparing presentation decks
Maintain the documentation throughout their lifecycle
Assist in preparing custom reports
Design and develop written operations related information (for example , user / configuration / troubleshooting guides) , for a variety of audiences (Cloud users , and customers).
Required Experience , Skills and Qualifications
4 - 7 years of experience as a Technical Writer.
Exceptional communication (both written and verbal) and team playing skills.
Exceptional skills in MS Word , MS Excel , MS Presentation , MS SharePoint
Ability to quickly and efficiently translate complex technical information to create simple and easily understandable documentation.
Attention to detail and customer - first attitude.
Desire and ability to learn
Experience in creating online help for portals , FAQ , how - to.
Hands on experience in creating video tutorials would be an added advantage.
Capable of working independently with minimal guidance.,
