Seeking strong IT services and Solutions experts in BFSI Domain

Responsibilities :

  • Drive sales targets by acquiring new logos and nurture customer relationships into high value engagements
  • Drive the entire sales cycle from initial customer engagement to deal closure
  • Spearhead sales of technology services / solutions for Financial services industry (majorly Insurance and Mutual Funds) in West India.
  • Develop and execute annual and quarterly sales plans.
  • Act and work as a consultant for prospective clients questioning as well suggesting innovative solutions to their needs
  • Manage, mentor and drive the team and their revenue targets
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to plan and execute lead generation campaigns with an objective of opening doors and establishing new business engagements
  • Ensure accurate and complete information is captured in CRM System
  • Must have :

  • Should have atleast 5 years of experience in selling technology services / solutions for Financial services industry (majorly Insurance and Mutual Funds) to CXO's.
  • Should have a strong track record in acquiring new customer logos in the target geographies
  • Should be a passionate hunter motivated to close big ticket deals by managing a complex sales process that requires mapping all stakeholders
  • Should be willing to travel to entire West India for deal closures
  • Should keep himself / herself abreast of latest business trends in organizational focus areas
