Assist and accompany the team in the processing of day to day activities that comprises of :
Double entry (validation) and verification of remittance files and accounting entries towards retail branches and special services for internal clients.
Follow up and routing of Workflow messages and interrogations with the NXG application managers.
Follow up of unreconciled files exceeding one month.
Reading and dispatching of inbound communications concerning the Nostro activity.
Assist the Team members in various daily activities, establishment of periodical statistics, provide a status on unreconciled breaks to the onshore Management and various entities that are using the correspondent accounts.
One-off studies on the accounts.
Assist the team in their day-to-day activities and in resolving complicated breaks.
Supervise the processing of operations including 4 eyes control and validation.
Check and assist the team to resolve breaks and inform the management on the difficulties encountered.
Ensure proper training and diffuse updated procedures among the team.
Participate in the improvement of quality, checks related to the fight against fraud and money laundering.
Ensure permanent controls, namely : monitoring of regulatory measures, compliance with the SG instructions by all employees.
Contribute to the detection and resolution of unmatched breaks.
Knowledge of processing international payments.
8+ years related experience.
The Candidate should be
Fluent in English Spoken and written
French knowledge would be highly appreciated.
Should have the ability to prioritize and reactive
Sensitive to risk
Rigorous, methodic and organized
Good Communication skills
Sensitivity to quality and Client satisfaction
Ability to manage intercultural relations in an international context
Ready to work in flexible time schedules
