What you will do :
Work with client onsite staff and internal stakeholders to discover, analyze and document business requirements and process flows.
Act as a liaison between : developers and users, clients and companies, and management and IT.
Support Builds and Managed engagements
Elicit requirements and create documents like Business Requirement Document (BRD), Functional Specification Documents (FSD), and File Interface Agreement (FIA).
Performing Data Quality Analysis (DQA) on various data sources and create data mapping documents like Source to Target.
Support testing team during the testing phase through review of test plans and test cases and performing functional testing.
Is able to own and drive User Acceptance Testing before go-live.
Communicate with clients and stakeholders and help troubleshoot issues related to data , defect triaging .
Shares knowledge with peers and other project teams.
3+ years of business analysis experience around implementing database marketing technologies and data management.
Has good understanding of various project methodologies (including Agile, SCRUM, Waterfall), as well as tools such as JIRA.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in IT, Business or Marketing.
Good understanding of APIs
Good understanding of Data-warehousing concepts and data marts.
Good problem-solving and analytical skills in order to move toward a project’s successful
