The Role

Job Responsibilities :

Call to arrange meetings with potential customers to generate new business

Evaluate customers skills, needs and build productive long lasting relationships

Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close deals

Challenge any objections with a view to getting the customer to buy Business / Revenue generation

Meet personal and team sales targets.

Generate or follow through sales leads

Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills

Requirements :

You have at least 1 year experience within a Inside Sales, Business Development / Account Manager (B2B) or CRM Manager role, ideally within the Real Estate industry.

Experience within National Sales would be a strong advantage.

You have solid experience in a regional role ideally including experience covering India.

You have a proven track record of meeting / exceeding your targets.

You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.

You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard

You are a strong mentor and coach who builds high performing teams

You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
