Job Responsibilities :

  • Call to arrange meetings with potential customers to generate new business
  • Evaluate customers skills, needs and build productive long lasting relationships
  • Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close deals
  • Challenge any objections with a view to getting the customer to buy Business / Revenue generation
  • Meet personal and team sales targets.
  • Generate or follow through sales leads

  • Requirements :

  • You have at least 1 year experience within a Inside Sales, Business Development / Account Manager (B2B) or CRM Manager role, ideally within the Real Estate industry.
  • Experience within National Sales would be a strong advantage.
  • You have solid experience in a regional role ideally including experience covering India.
  • You have a proven track record of meeting / exceeding your targets.
  • You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
  • You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
  • You are a strong mentor and coach who builds high performing teams
  • You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
