Senior Manager Organic Growth

Reporting to the Director of Digital Marketing, you will be responsible for growing the organic traffic, engagement, and conversion by working closely working with cross-functional teams - product, web ops, creative, performance, and integrated marketing teams.
What You'll Do :
Own and execute our global, multi-product, multi-site content marketing, and SEO strategy.
Develop a deep understanding of site visitors through data and shape content strategies by working closely with the integrated and field marketing teams.
Ensure the web universe is well optimized for SEO and user experience.
Work with translation teams to deliver global content incorporating local keyword strategies for users from non-English speaking countries.
Monitor market trends and competitors to determine marketing opportunities and recommend and take actions to improve the visibility of our website
Research marketing trends to continually innovate and test new content strategies to drive leads and engagement
Improve conversion rate from search results to website visitor >
gated content form submit (resources, webcasts, trials) >
Be an evangelist within the company by helping internal teams understand how SEO and content can help drive conversions through organic growth.
Collaborate with digital marketing managers and web management team on landing page optimizations and conversion rate improvements.
Expand our content library to include other formats including video, infographics, webinars, podcasts, calculators, and tools
Analyze performance and benchmark against our competitors.
Present monthly, and quarterly organic growth analyses to the leadership team.
Who You Are & What Makes You Qualified :
7+ years of hands-on experience and a proven track record of driving user and revenue growth from SEO and inbound marketing activities
International SEO experience - working on the global domain(s) with multiple websites for different regions / languages that receive traffic from multiple search engines.
Expert-level knowledge of SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, SimilarWeb, Screaming Frog, SparkToro or other content marketing and SEO tools.
Knowledge of off-page and on-page optimization techniques, outreach, and backlinking recommendations to grow organic search traffic and conversions
Flawless written and spoken English communication skills
Editorial, journalism or any relevant writing experience would be a benefit
Ability to work in a highly cross-functional and fast-paced environment to drive stakeholder alignment
Experience growing and managing a team of functional experts
