The HRG MMS India is expected to be a seasonedHR Generalist with excellent domain & interpersonal skills. The HR Generalist will reportdirectly to the India Mass Mid Segment - General Managers for HBT &SPS and will be based in Pune.
This position is responsible for partneringwith multiple business stakeholders in defining and implementing the HRstrategy for India MMS business to achieve a portfolio of $80-90 Mn business inthe next 2-3 years.
The HRG is part of the MMS India Business Leadership team and is expected to drive the HR Strategy in line with strategic agenda for the business
Partner with the Business Leaders and the leadership team to build an innovative, performance-driven, dynamic and high-impact organization.
Own and lead HR performance improvement metrics for MMS India including OEF, Attrition, census, staffing cycle times, etc.
Support the RGMs in developing Annual Operating Plan
Responsible for all India recruitments
Provide executive coaching and strategic HR support to MMS India leaders.
Work in collaboration with India Country team and Business to develop succession planning for leadership and critical roles
Deploy pan India HR Initiatives as required including talent management, organization design, succession planning, learning, labor relations strategy and compensation strategy and planning
Own & Supervise Compliances Management for MMS India.
Key responsibilities include but not limited to being the organization representative at various forums, signatory to statutory documents, being the employer representative on Gratuity trust, etc.
Be the Single point of contact for MMS HR in India.
Masters in Human Resources / Business with over 10 years of HR experience including HR Generalist experience as a strategic business partner.
Experience in leading HR function independently in a small or medium size organization.
Prior experience working in a global matrix environment.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to make meaning out of numbers and to integrate the same into driving business performance and implement frameworks that are relevant.
Interpersonal skills, collaborative working style with the ability to work closely with line managers and pole. Strong influencing and & presentation skills.
Strong process thinking and the ability to deliver results on the ground.
Being a positive role model for employees and the ability to communicate and influence HON values & behaviors across the business.
Willingness to travel up to 25%+
