  • Manageand lead a team of software engineers to deliver the analytics services andapplications.
  • Leadentire development lifecycle for analytics solutions using a variety of dataintegration, processing, reporting / visualization.
  • Collaboratewith and partner cross-functional teams to remove roadblocks and deliveranalytic solutions
  • Promotesand implements self-service analytic tools to end users, documenting andtraining accordingly.
  • Participatesin end user adoption efforts to ensure active and effective utilization of thebusiness intelligence solution by the business.
  • Analyserelationships and patterns within customer data and create tools which can beleveraged to build strategies which are actionable within the businessenvironments.
  • Deliverdeep dive analytics and actionable Insights. Define and implement reportingsolutions to meet business information needs.
  • Managesvendor relationships to maximize value to the business. Negotiates simplecontracts.
  • Implementsstandards and changes to systems / applications. Provides technical and businessexpertise.
  • Managesa technical staff with a focus on technical leadership, technical strategy andmentorship.
  • Buildand maintain operational support teams leveraging employees and key partners. Manageservice levels, projects and performance related to the analytics platform
  • Workingwith the PMO, ensure that systems and procedures for monitoring and reportingon the implementations and conversion projects are in place and operatedeffectively, and that action is taken to deal with exceptions, problems and unforeseenevents in a timely manner.
  • Workcollaboratively with the Morgan IT Leadership team and Tower Leads to ensureeffective and efficient delivery of the analytics roadmap.
  • Requirements ofRole : Experience


  • 7 years or more experience, in data andanalytics architecture and implementation.
  • Strong analytic and problem-solving skills andsophisticated communication skills across different audiences and senioritylevels.
  • Solid understanding of the data warehousearchitecture and design principles.
  • Broad understanding of multiple technologies,Microsoft SQL Server, ETL (SSIS), Reporting (SSRS, SSAS, Power BI, QlikView andQlikSense).
  • Possesses comprehensive business & technicalknowledge, and the organizational skills to oversee highly complex projectswith high visibility / high impact on the business
  • Demonstrates a sense of urgency, thoroughnessand quality towards assigned tasks / goals
  • Expertise in designing and building applicationswith global considerations and scalability in mind.
