  • Responsibilities and Duties

  • Provide consultation assistance for Support Engineers for third party integration issues / questions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide SME level consultation assistance
  • Create documentation for various deployment scenarios for third party integrations
  • Create training around integrations with actual customer solutions scenarios
  • Create the lab setup for third party integrations to help Support Operations as well as other internal teams
  • Create knowledge materials like community blogs, KB’s, troubleshooting guides
  • Experience and Skills

  • 4 years remote technical support / systems administration / network administration background desirable
  • Excellent knowledge of Routing & Switching
  • Excellent knowledge on firewalls like Cisco / Juniper / Fortinet / Palo Alto
  • Good knowledge on DNS, DHCP protocols
  • Good knowledge of AWS / Azure, microservices, and related technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
  • Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and writing)
  • Passionate about learning new technologies and features in-depth
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Outstanding analytical and organizational ability
  • Self-starter and a good team player with the ability to multi-task in a high-pressure, fast-paced, fast-growth environment
  • Education

    UG : Graduation Not Required, Any Graduate in Any Specialization

    PG : Post Graduation Not Required, Any Postgraduate in AnySpecialization

    Doctorate : Any Doctorate in Any Specialization, Doctorate Not Required

    Required Experience and Qualifications

  • Experience : 2 - 7 years in Technical Support Engineer( Required )
  • Graduation : Any Degree( Required )
  • Proficient in English( Required )
