This position requires to handle below additional activities in addition to activities under standard Incident Mgmt. Sr. Specilaist postion.
1. Act as local SPOC for distribution and tracking of MACHX internally within team.
2. Handle Incident distribution on Cisco UC platofrm and handle escalations / response on mail.
3. Act as SPOC specific to important & critical customer ( perform planned activities, other tasks as and when required).
4. Change Management- Ensure dual validation in place with engineer assignment, tracking on 4-eye policy.
Expertise on Cisco IPT solution with good troubleshooting skills.
Certification on Cisco voice is a plus.
Strong experience in telecommunications with 4-6 years technical
Relevant experience should be 4-6 years
