Manager Customer Success

  • Location : Mumbai / Bangalore Role Description :
  • Delight customers by ensuring On-time, High-quality on the ground product training
  • Build deep working relationships with customers by demonstrate high-degree of professional engagement
  • Conceptualize and implement deployment plan that help in ensuring high usage and customer delight
  • Collaborate with internal teams and channelize the power of probe42 to ensure customer delight
  • Ensure timely reporting of data / information to respective teams Skills required for success in the role :
  • To be on the ground, physically meeting clients to get a thorough understanding of the client’s organizational set-up and processes
  • Ability to influence and build good working relationships with clients
  • Excellent communication skills (English and Hindi)
  • In-Depth Product Knowledge
  • Ability to break down complex problems into simple inter-related steps
  • Bias for action with a proven track record of delivery Qualifications and Experience :
  • / MBA Graduate with Minimum 4-8 years’ experience
  • Experience in Customer Relationship Management / Account Management for customers in India (preferably from banking sector) Our Commitment :
