RESPONSIBILITIES :
Designing business processes based on Syncron’s standard software solutions
Gathering, analyzing and documenting customer requirements
Setting up Syncron’s solutions to enable customer value
Modelling and fine-tuning business parameters to optimize solution fit
Validating configuration and enabling users to realize customer value
Leading customer stakeholders through the implementation project
Collaborating with Product Management department to improve Syncron solutions
Requirements :
Strong implementation background with at least 2+ years of Supply Chain implementation experience
Experience in conducting Technical and Functional design workshops with customers
Focus on customers needs and aim to deliver best results for your clients
Experienced in Data analysis and have strong reporting skills
Feel comfortable interpreting and writing SQL code and working with relational databases
Fluently communicate in business English in person or writing
Open to travel the world to occasionally spend time directly with your clients during workshops
GOOD TO HAVE :
Experience building business solutions based on standard software
Experience with AWS console
Experience with ETL tools
Experience with XML, XSLT
Basic Python skills
Experience in working with Pricing or Supply Chain Management applications
